One morning when I was out on a walk in April of 2022 my eyes were extra peeled to the dew forming on a neighbors colorful flower garden. Instantly I was inspired by the calmness it takes to have water sit on a pedals as droplets. I wanted to recreate this imagery by bringing a variety of mediums to canvas to give the piece vibrancy, depth, and a natural essence. While pictures do not do it justice, this piece is my ideal representation of the bright feelings that come with a calm spring morning in a garden or out on a walk!
